This text explains what data we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who operates milmelones

milmelones is a site operated by FC HOLDING, SASU, société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle, with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered in the trade register under number 100 769 785 R.C.S. Paris (European identifier FR7501.100769785).

The trade name is milmelones; the company operating it is called FC HOLDING. They are the same company.

What we keep

  • Your email and your name. Without the email there is no way to identify you or send you the access code.
  • Your usernames on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, if you are a clipper. They are used to check that a submitted clip is yours.
  • The clips you submit: link, network, measured views and review outcome.
  • Technical session data: IP address and browser, saved with each open session. They let us detect abnormal access and apply the anti-abuse limits.

We neither ask for nor store identity documents, nor bank details for now. When we activate payouts, this text will be updated beforehand.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed for the service to work, and only with the data each one needs:

  • Neon (United States) — database hosting.
  • Vercel (United States) — site hosting.
  • Resend (United States) — sending emails.
  • Upstash — request limits against abuse.
  • Google, only if you choose to log in with your Google account. We receive your name and email; Google receives nothing from us about your activity.

A brand sees the username and the figures of the clips submitted to its campaigns. It never sees your email.

We don't sell data to anyone, nor pass it on for advertising purposes.

For how long

As long as your account is open. When you close it we delete your profile and personal data within 30 days. We keep the accounting record of payments made for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to support@milmelones.com. We reply within 30 days at most.
