milmelones connects brands that want reach with creators who edit and post clips. By creating an account you accept what follows.

Who operates milmelones

milmelones is a site operated by FC HOLDING, SASU, société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle, with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered in the trade register under number 100 769 785 R.C.S. Paris (European identifier FR7501.100769785).

The trade name is milmelones; the company operating it is called FC HOLDING. They are the same company.

Who can use the platform

You need to be at least 18 and have your own account on the networks where you post. One person, one account: duplicate profiles are closed without notice and without payment of what has accrued.

How clippers are paid

• Payment is per qualified view, not per raw view. A qualified view is one we have verified as real.
• Each campaign sets its price per 1,000 views, its budget and its minimum views. A clip below that minimum earns nothing.
• A campaign may set a cap per clip. Even if your clip reaches millions of views, you won't earn more than that cap. It's written in the campaign before you start.
• Views obtained up to the campaign close are what count: at that moment we record each clip's views. Payment is calculated once, when we review and approve your clip, and never above that record. Views that arrive after the close are not paid.
• When a campaign's budget runs out, money stops accruing even if the clip keeps growing. The pending amount is adjusted to what's left.
• A clip must stay published until your payout is approved. Before paying we review each clip by hand; if you delete it, we can't check it and what has accrued is lost.

What is not allowed

• Bought views, bots, click farms or any inflation method. We analyse each clip's growth curve.
• Reposting the original material without editing it. Each campaign states what transformation it requires.
• Content that infringes third-party rights, or the rules of the network where it is posted.

In case of a breach we may reject a clip, withhold the corresponding payment or close the account. When the reason is deliberate fraud, everything unpaid is withheld.

Brands' obligations

The brand guarantees it holds the rights to the material it provides and is responsible for its content. The budget committed to an active campaign cannot be recovered once there are approved clips.

Taxes

Each clipper is responsible for declaring their income in their country. milmelones neither withholds taxes nor acts as an employer: the relationship is not an employment one.

Changes and closure

You can close your account whenever you want by writing to us. If we change these terms substantially, we will give notice by email at least 15 days in advance.

State of the platform

milmelones is in its first weeks of operation. There may be interruptions and errors; we do what is reasonable to avoid them, but we guarantee neither continuous availability nor a minimum volume of campaigns.
